William Barker joins Williams Nicolson as Partner

Williams Nicolson is delighted to announce the appointment of William Barker as Partner.   

William brings over a decade of experience in financial and corporate communications and investor relations.  

As a board-level advisor, with transaction experience including domestic and international M&A and IPOs, he has assisted clients with corporate reporting, profile raising and special situations across the professional, financial and business services, pensions, insurance, property and FinTech sectors. 

Prior to becoming an advisor, William spent five years in editorial roles within the legal, financial and pharmaceutical industry media.
