Moelis restructuring expert Stephen Aulsebrook joins Williams Nicolson as Special Advisor

Williams Nicolson is delighted to welcome Stephen Aulsebrook, Senior Advisor at Moelis & Company, as a Special Advisor.

Stephen is a Senior Advisor at leading global independent investment bank, Moelis & Company, having been a Managing Director there since joining in 2010, where he specialises in Capital Structure Advisory transactions in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

He has over 40 years of European investment banking experience with an extensive network of relationships in EMEA, the U.S. and Asia across leading corporations, banks, hedge funds, other debt and equity funds, and private equity investors.
