Monica Sood becomes Chief Operating Officer

Williams Nicolson today proudly announced the promotion of Monica Sood to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Monica joined Williams Nicolson as the firm’s Finance Director in January 2021. Her astute financial leadership has been instrumental in shaping the company's growth trajectory over the past two years. Throughout her tenure, she has consistently exhibited a deep understanding of the industry and a strategic mindset that has enabled the company to deliver its mission. As the newly appointed COO, Monica will assume an expanded role to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth at the consultancy.

With a career spanning over 15 years in finance and consulting, Monica has a wealth of experience to bring to new role. Before joining Williams Nicolson, she held senior finance positions at AXA Investment Managers and Deutsche Bank.  Monica is also an entrepreneur and manages her own dance company.
